'Crust & Dreamery started with a dream: to offer genuine Neapolitan pizza in Via della Scrofa. Established by the Bianchi household in 1985, our pizza shop began as a humble, family-operated business, preserving recipes passed on through generations.
Marco Bianchi, our creator, mastered pizza crafting during her voyages across Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—the homeland of pizza. After returning to the UK, she aimed to replicate the essence of true Italian pizza, embracing time-honored techniques and first-rate ingredients.
From a cozy 12-seat pizza place, we've blossomed into a cherished local eatery, though our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We continue embracing traditional wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and seek out the very best ingredients available.
Presently, 'Crust & Dreamery is still a family-owned venture, with the Bianchi descendants at the helm of our zealous team. Despite adopting new advancements, at our core, we uphold the tradition: crafting delectable, genuine pizza that gathers folks around the table.
