However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Return Conditions
Our refund policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that we do not accept returns for perishable goods such as food items, unless they are faulty or not as described.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
In case of product dissatisfaction, refunds are subject to our discretion and may involve partial refunds or vouchers for future purchases.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, follow the return procedure mentioned above.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at +39 06 6880 3914.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or not as described. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
